I am an Assistant Professor of Management at the School of Business, Clark University. My research examines various underlying processes of organizational learning, mostly in the context of healthcare. Please find my CV here.
I received my Ph.D. and M.S. in Organizational Behavior and Theory at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University. I received my B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Cornell University. Before my Ph.D. studies, I worked in the financial services sector, including asset management, insurance, and banking industry. In my free time, I love spending time with my cat Coco, playing board games, and following Premier League football.
